It’s Okay Not To Be Okay

So this week it’s mental health awareness week, I really wanted to talk about this because not enough people do, I think people are afraid to talk about it and this just makes the problem worse. I know this isn’t the type of thing I would post, no pretty pictures either because it’s important to get straight to the point.

I just wanted to say that if any of you reading this are struggling right now, you are not alone. Please remember that there is always somebody to talk to, friends, family or even Samaritans. (I’m going to leave a list of numbers you can call where people are happy to help you)

After recently watching ’13 Reasons Why’ on Netflix, I’ve realised how important it is to start talking about things like this. If you’ve watched this, you’ll know how uncomfortable it is to watch, but it’s important for people that don’t understand to watch it.
