Dealing With Stress

So lately I’ve been in quite a few stressful situations (and survived them) and so I thought I’d share with you some of my tips on dealing with stress!

So if you know you’re going to be having a stressful day, the best thing you can do is prepare yourself as much as possible. Example: you’re going to have a really stressful/busy day at work tomorrow. You can get your clothes ready, pack your bag etc. So then when it comes to the morning you don’t need to rush around and you have a bit more time. Also it’s important to mentally prepare: you know it’s going to be stressful right? So why worry? You can only do your best, so just remember that! And once it’s done, you will feel so relieved, it will all be worth it.

Take a break. Literally, as simple as it sounds. Whether it’s simply counting to ten, taking five to have a cuppa or dedicating a whole evening to yourself, give yourself a breather! It’s so important to try to relax to relieve the stress.It’s good to take a step back and see the bigger picture! Give yourself a little pep talk and be posative.

Little activities for releasing stress:


Take a bath

Get a good night’s sleep

Write things down

Have fun

    I love good tipps on you to deal with stress. I’m not good at it at all. When I know, I’ll have a stressful day at work, I leave a little bit earlier so I have more time to do it.
